1. Tribute to “Cartageneidad”: The City Dresses Up for the Party
Corpoturismo has invited all tourism sector venues —hotels, businesses, restaurants, and offices— to decorate their façades and interiors with symbols of the city: the Cuadrilonga flag, historical monuments, artistic expressions, native flowers, and references to Caribbean wildlife.
Walking through Cartagena in June will feel like stepping into a living tribute to its identity.
2. Posta Challenge: Cartagena’s Signature Flavor at Its Best
One of the city’s most iconic dishes, the posta cartagenera, will star in a culinary competition among Cartagena’s top restaurants.
From June 23, diners can enjoy the challenge in each participating restaurant, and from June 27 to 29, the grand festival will take place in the famous Plaza de los Coches.
Dishes will be judged based on flavor, innovation, and creativity.

3. Activation of La Bodeguita Dock: A Party from the Sea
On June 1, La Bodeguita Dock—the only authorized dock for tourist boats—will join the celebration with a special event starting at 7:00 a.m., featuring live music, local cuisine, and activities for both islanders and tourists.
The sea will be the witness of 492 years of Cartagena’s heroism and beauty.
